We are currently monitoring an issue where some Mozilla VPN users are unable to access their subscriptions after signing in. Initial findings suggest the issue may be related to a recent update. We have rolled back the update and are monitoring its impact. Some users may still experience issues even after logging out and back in. Our teams are actively working on a resolution. We recommend affected users attempt logging out and back in as a potential workaround.
